About me
I speak English and Spanish fluently, and I've worked almost every side of a small business: waiting tables, on a manufacturing line, driving deliveries, managing projects at my dad's remodeling company, and helping run a farmers market business and my mom's cleaning business.
I served seven years in the U.S. Army as a CBRN specialist and left as a sergeant with the Army Commendation Medal. That taught me to finish on time, check every detail and explain things clearly.
Today I live in Jacksonville and help businesses and families with the things that get stuck because of language or technology. I use modern AI tools to work fast, and I check everything myself before I hand it over.
For years, people have come to me for help with paperwork: passports, car registration, insurance problems, and letters in English they couldn't understand, even court papers. If someone has a question, I'm usually the one they ask. Now I offer it as a service.
There's always someone with more experience in one specific service, but I always get the job done. I love a challenge: if it's something I don't know yet, I'll learn it and explain it to you too. After thousands of deliveries, I know how to listen to what each person needs and give excellent customer service. And because I'm good at networking, if I can't do something myself, I'll help you find someone who can.
Services
I help everyone. You don't need to speak Spanish; if English paperwork or tech confuses you, I explain it in plain English too. Prices are starting points; you get the final price in writing before I start.
Looks great on phones, with a tap-to-call or text button. Pick your level:
Show up on Google Maps with hours, photos and a link that makes it easy for customers to leave reviews.
Flyers with a QR code and tear-off tabs, business cards, and your Facebook or Instagram page. You also get a list of the best places to post them to bring in more customers. I did this for my mom's cleaning business.
Designed, printed and updated whenever your prices change. I do this for Lupitas Mexican Restaurant, my aunt's restaurant.
Estimates, invoices, change orders and checklists with your logo. Ready-made ones are also in my shop.
I walk you through each step: LLC on Sunbiz, your EIN (free from the IRS) and the local business tax receipt. You decide; I help you fill in and submit.
I build a list of customers or businesses in your area to contact, and give you what to say by phone or message and how to follow up.
I used to be very shy. Now I'm comfortable presenting to complete strangers and their families. I'll teach you how: calling, booking appointments, building trust and speaking without nerves.
I show you how to use ChatGPT or Claude to write estimates, answer messages and translate, on your own phone.
Answers the calls you miss in English or Spanish, takes the details and texts you. Coming soon
Got a letter from a court, bank or government office and not sure what it says? I explain it in plain English or Spanish and tell you where to go. For legal advice, I connect you with free legal aid or a lawyer.
Letters, school papers, leases you need to understand, flyers and more. For official use, I'll tell you first if you need a certified translator.
I get on the call with you to a landlord, utility company, school or business and explain everything.
In English, Spanish or both. For veterans: I turn military experience into civilian language.
I guide you through passports, car registration and tags, insurance, job and apartment applications, school enrollment and online appointments.
I find and fix problems: a slow computer, a phone that won't connect, apps or email that stopped working. I also set up new phones, Zelle and online banking.
I tell you which computer fits what you need and your budget, with nothing to sell you. Want a custom PC for work or gaming? I build it from $75 plus parts.
I helped manage a remodeling company. I read your quote, explain it in plain English or Spanish and point out what's missing or what to ask. Not an inspection.
I take the photos, write the listing and post it on Facebook Marketplace or eBay. If it doesn't sell, you don't pay.
10% off for both of you
When you refer a friend, family member or business and they hire me, you both get 10% off a purchase. Did someone refer you? Put their name in the contact form.
What I don't do: I don't give legal, immigration, tax or medical advice, I'm not a certified court interpreter, and I don't do work that needs a contractor's license. In those cases, I'll point you to the right place.
Before you pay anyone
People get charged for things that are free, and Spanish speakers get hit the hardest. Here they are, at no cost.
Free on IRS.gov in a few minutes. No website should charge you for it.
Hospitals and courts must give you a free interpreter. Ask for one when you arrive.
IRS VITA sites prepare taxes for free for people with low to moderate income.
Only a lawyer or a Department of Justice accredited representative can advise you. A “notario” can't.
Accredited groups like DAV, VFW and the American Legion help with VA claims for free.
Dial 2-1-1 to find local help. They answer in Spanish.
